Our mission

We exist to help all people experience redemption, live in freedom, and become partners in the gospel.

Our values

We believe that this is God’s church.

And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18

I hope to come to you soon, but I am writing these things to you so that, if I delay, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, a pillar and buttress of the truth. 1 Timothy 3:14-15

We believe that church should be simple but meaningful.

For our boast is this, the testimony of our conscience, that we behaved in the world with simplicity and godly sincerity, not by earthly wisdom but by the grace of God, and supremely so toward you. 2 Corinthians 1:12

We believe that everyone is invited to experience redemption.

And the master said to the servant, ‘Go out to the highways and hedges and compel people to come in, that my house may be filled. Luke 14:23

We believe the Bible.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16

I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 2 Timothy 4:1-4

We believe in making disciples and servant-leaders.

And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. Ephesians 4:11-16

It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:26-28

We believe in a post-denominational and multi-generational church.

Ephesians 4:11-16

We believe in financial integrity.

His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ Matthew 25:21

“Is Redemption part of a denomination?”

No. We call ourselves post-denominational. The term may be new, but the idea is as old as Scripture itself. We intentionally choose to unify around core doctrine and discuss not divide over secondary issues. Our church has a modern feel to it, but we also value traditions, like: singing the occasional hymn, standing and reading from a physical Bible each week, and reflecting in prayer each Sunday. We think it’s a great mix of the old and the new.

What is there for my kids?

We have a vibrant kids ministry where children birth-5th grade learn the Bible every week in an environment that is fun, connects them with friends, and helps them establish a life-long faith.  For your older students, we have a 6th-8th grade class every Sunday during service and a 9th-12th grade youth group every Wednesday night.

What do you believe about cultural issues?

We understand that no one is perfect. Everyone sins. God is gracious and forgiving if we seek repentance. There are a lot of issues today that are messy and confusing and we believe the church should be clear. We believe what Christians have believed for 2,000 years. Abortion is wrong. Marriage is between a man and a woman. Cultural marxism isn’t Biblical.
